How We Work
Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 3 working days. We also offer a next day service option.
Delivery Options
You have 3 choices on how to receive your order:
- Collection from our Melbourne Office (Tullamarine – Free)
- Standard Parcel Post (Metropolitan areas – 3 days, Regional areas allow 4 days)
- Express Parcel Post (Metropolitan areas – 1 day, Regional areas allow 2 days)
File Preparation
Print Files for A5 Postcards Size
Finished size is 210mm x 148.5mm
Design
Prepare your artwork with 3mm bleed on all sides. The file size therefore will be 216mm x 154.5mm
File Format
The ideal print file format is a PDF print ready file with fonts outlined, in CMYK and all elements at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and trim marks. The next best option is to supply the file format as a jpeg. If you have a word document this needs to be converted into a PDF format.
