Letterheads can be printed full colour one side or both sides on quality 100gsm or 120gsm laser paper.
The standard size for a letterhead in Australia is A4, 210mm x 297mm. Our system is flexible with quantities required and you can choose to order as few as 25 up to as many as you need.

You have 3 choices on how to receive your order:
- Collection from our Melbourne Office (Tullamarine – Free)
- Standard Parcel Post (Metropolitan areas – 3 days, Regional areas allow 4 days)
- Express Parcel Post (Metropolitan areas – 1 day, Regional areas allow 2 days)
File Preparation
Print Files for A4 Letterheads Size
Finished size is 297mm x 210mm
Design
Prepare your artwork with 3mm bleed on all sides. The file size therefore wll be 303mm x 216mm.
File Format
The ideal print file format is a PDF print ready file with fonts outlined, in CMYK and all elements at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and trim marks. The next best option is to supply the file format as a jpeg. If you have a word document this needs to be converted into a PDF format.
