Cards are printed on either a 300gsm or 350gsm heavy stock with a matt or gloss finish. Select your quantity online (minimum order 25) and receive an instant price. Opt to quote with or without quality 100gsm brilliant peel and seel white envelopes.

You have 3 choices on how to receive your order:

  1. Collection from our Melbourne Office (Tullamarine - Free)
  2. Standard Parcel Post (Metropolitan areas - 3 days, Regional areas allow 4 days)
  3. Express Parcel Post (Metropolitan areas - 1 day, Regional areas allow 2 days)

        

 

Print Files for A6 Greeting Cards (Portrait)

Size

Finished size flat is 210mm x 148.5mm then it folds down to a A6 finished size of 105mm x 148.5mm (A5 folding in half to A6).

Design

Prepare your artwork with 3mm bleed on all sides. The file size therefore will be 216mm x 154.5mm.

File Format

The ideal print file format is a PDF print ready file with fonts outlined, in CMYK and all elements at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and trim marks. The next best option is to supply the file format as a jpeg. If you have a word document this needs to be converted into a PDF format.

(1)       SILK                    Paper has a light coating which lifts or reflects the image. Ideal for mix of text and images together.

(2)     GLOSS                 Paper has a strong coating, when printed on has high reflection hence the name gloss. Ideal for large images and                                                  large text.

(3)      Letterhead:         This is an uncotted paper that does not have any kind of coating. Ideal for print with fine text.                                                      When printed on has a matt effect. Ideal for letterheads, compliment slips, notices. Ideal for page with a volume of                                            text or black and white printing.

Finishing Options

Please choose a folding style for your document from the folding options illustrated below. Documents printed on heavier stock may require scoring prior to folding.

Half Fold
A Half Fold is made by folding a printed page in half. After folding it consists of four panels, two on the front and two on the back.
Simple fold
Roll Fold /Tri Fold
A Letter or Tri Fold is made by folding a printed page in thirds. After folding it consists of six panels, three on the front and three on the back.
Letter fold
Accordian/Z Fold
An Accordion or Z fold is made by folding a page in equal parts in front of and behind itself. After folding it consists of six panels for Z fold and eight for Accordion. Z fold consists of three front and three back panels, while the Accordion fold has four front and four back panels.
Z-fold or accordion fold
4-Panel Roll
A 4-Panel Roll Fold has 4-panels per side for a total of 8-panels. Two panels are the same size, while panels 3 & 4 are one-eigth and one-quarter of an inch shorter in width respectively. This allows the panels to fold into each other without binding.

Gate Fold
A Gate Fold is made by folding the ends of a page inward so that they meet in the middle and then folding the folded page in half in the same direction. After folding it consists of eight panels, four on the front and four on the back. The panels on each end need to be slightly narrower than the outer panels so they will fit inside the others when folded.

Double Parallel Fold
A Double Parallel Fold is made by folding a page in half and then folding each folded page in half again in the same direction. After folding it consists of eight panels, four on the front and four on the back. The last two panels need to be slightly narrower than the outer panels so that they fit inside when folded.

French Fold
A French Fold is made by folding a page in half in one direction and then folding the folded page in half again in the opposite dimension. After folding it consists of eight panels, four on the front and four on the back.

D&D Deliver Results.

When you send in your order our aim is to have it printed and ready to ship with in 24 hours.
Once the art work has passed  quality control and we have no reason to contact you we print pack and send.

Example We recieve an order before 12 noon on Monday and the files are print ready we will have this ready to dispatch by Tuesday afternoon.

Then it's a choice of delivery option.

Collection from Melbourne. 

Delivery to any location In Melbourn or Victoria Towns take on average 1 to 2 Business days ( Monday order with you Wednesday)

Delivery to any main Metropolitan Area in Australia takes on average 2 days Monday order with you Wednesday)

Delivery to Rural / Remote Location allow 3 to 5 working days ( Monday Order aim for Friday)
