Size
Finished size flat is 297mm x 210mm then it folds down to a finished size of 210mm x 148.5mm.
Design
Prepare your artwork with 3mm bleed on all sides. The file size therefore will be 303mm x 216mm.
File Format
The ideal print file format is a PDF print ready file with fonts outlined, in CMYK and all elements at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and trim marks. The next best option is to supply the file format as a jpeg. If you have a word document this needs to be converted into a PDF format.
