Design
Prepare your artwork with 10mm bleed on all sides. The file size therefore will be 440mm x 614mm. You can send your file at 100% (check the size of MB first)

When designing a large poster your artwork files can be at a smaller scale. Most people design at 25% or 50%. If you have designed your artwork on a smaller scale please add notes to hte comments box when you upload your print file.
For Example: if you designed A2 at 50% scale, your design file would be 220mm (440/2) and 307mm (614/2)
We print with a factor of 4 (so remember to set trim marks and bleed also at 50% scale) i.e. set bleed at 5mm because this will become 10mm at 100% scale. When you design your poster in the correct scale, we can print it to the size required and ensure there are no delays since no file adjustments have to be made.
File Format
The ideal print file format is a PDF print ready file with fonts outlined, in CMYK and all elements at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and trim marks. The next best option is to supply the file format as a jpeg. If you have a word document this needs to be converted into a PDF format.
